If you are wanting to surrender a dog over to Meadows of Pit Bulls Rescue you must do the following things. The dog must be spayed/neutered(if 6 months or older) and up to date on all shots including rabies. We also ask that you send any food, crates, bowls, collars, leashes, blankets or toys that you are no longer using with the dog. If we do not have room to take the dog into one of our homes, you must agree to foster the dog until we have an opening or can find the dog a good home. You must also sign an owner surrender form (see below) and please be honest, items on this form will not stop us from taking a dog or finding a dog a good home, it only helps us know what we are dealing with.
